Our apartments are our own. No one else looks after them.
Seven addresses, chosen one by one, cared for by the same team. Washed linen sheets, coffee ground the morning you arrive, hotel-standard housekeeping checked room by room before every handover.
You write to us, we confirm availability within twelve hours — with the exact address, your arrival time and the name of the person who will welcome you.

Why owners hand us their keys.
We do not manage apartments we have never seen. We have run our own in Paris from the first day, with the same team — and it is that organisation we are opening up.

Guests who expect a great deal
The standard of an apartment decides the standard of its guests. By keeping ours to hotel level — bedding, linen, checked room by room before every arrival — we attract people who can afford to be demanding, and who stay close to four nights rather than one. Those are the stays that fill a calendar instead of pocking it with holes. Our team answers them in French and in English.

Management aimed at your return
Posting a listing and waiting is not enough. Every night is repriced daily, apartment by apartment, against what the flats next door are actually letting for. We also advise you on the decoration, on what to replace before it breaks, and on the work that genuinely pays for itself. A well-prepared apartment lets for more, more often, and for longer.

One point of contact, from first day to last
From the listing going live to the long run, everything comes through us: check-in and check-out inventories, cleaning, linen, small repairs. Nothing is split between three suppliers who pass the blame when something goes wrong. You have one team, one number, and one person to hold to account.

Every stay begins with a meeting
A let is a story, and the first chapter is written on arrival. At our Opéra apartments, someone meets the guest, shows them around and leaves their number. Elsewhere, entry is self-service but nothing is left to chance: instructions sent the day before, welcome products replenished, and someone reachable throughout the stay.
Trust us with your Paris apartment.
Listed on Airbnb, Booking and our own site, repriced every day, cleaned, accounted for. Yours would join the same house, with the same team and the same standards as our own.
